There is a 6 person minimum. EVERYTHING IS PROVIDED FOR YOU EXCEPT YOUR BATH TOWELS. Each room has its own refrigerator and television. It has year round heating and air conditioning. We also have ample parking and boat charging facilities.  CLUB ROOM AND KITCHEN This is our hospitality room. It's a large 40 x 25 room, great for business meetings, church retreats, family reunions or club functions. Our kitchen is 25 x 25 commercial style, adequate for your group needs, Club Room Kitchen with minimum of 20 persons is $150* per day. Club Room Kitchen with 4 sleeping rooms is $500* the first day, $350* each additional day.  Cancellation Policy: 7 days notice 24 hr emergency cancellation-deposit refunded- if room can be rented 1 Night deposit required on all reservations MasterCard, Visa, Discover cards accepted * Rates do not include sales tax.
